Home Health Aide, PRN
About The Position
The Home Health Aide is a key member of the Health at Home team, working under the direction of the Director of Health at Home. This position is responsible for the care of elderly, convalescent, and disabled persons in the patient’s home. Duties may include providing health care services, performing domestic and household tasks, assisting with patient’s personal care needs, and maintaining patient care records. The role requires the ability to work both independently and as a member of a team, understand and follow safe work practices, and ensure all Amberwell procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
Requirements
- Minimum Required Experience: Less than one year
- Minimum Required Education: High school or GED
- Minimum Required Licenses: CNA
- Minimum Required: BLS

Responsibilities
