About The Position
Home Staff, Inc. is seeking Home Health Aides (HHAs) in Bradley, IL to provide one-on-one care for clients in their homes. This role offers a stable schedule of Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 8 am to 4 pm. Unlike other positions, this role allows you to focus on a single client who will appreciate your dedicated services. Home Staff provides skilled nursing care in the privacy of patients' homes, and this is an opportunity to make a significant difference in one person's life. No prior Home Health Care experience is required.
Requirements
- No Home Health Care experience required.
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily living activities, including delivering meals, turning and ambulating patients, and providing fresh water and nourishment.
- Help patients with personal hygiene.
- Provide adjunct care, including ice packs, non-sterile dressings, and therapeutic baths.
- Check vital signs and record daily information in the patient's chart.
- Assist nurses and other staff as needed.
- Adhere to professional standards, policies, procedures, and requirements.
- Perform other assigned duties.
