About The Position
We’re looking for compassionate, dependable individuals who genuinely enjoy spending time with older adults to join our team as an HHA. In this role, you’ll support residents in maintaining their independence, dignity, and quality of life through hands-on assistance with daily tasks. No certification or prior healthcare experience is required—we provide training to help you succeed.
Requirements
- Must be over the age of 18
- High school diploma or GED
- Current CPR certification or willingness to obtain upon employment
- Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a sincere desire to care for the elderly
- Applicants for this position must be able to produce a negative drug test
Responsibilities
- Assisting with showers and personal hygiene
- Supporting residents with dressing and grooming
- Laundry and light housekeeping tasks
- Medication reminders
- Providing companionship and friendly interaction
- Responding to resident needs with patience and respect
