CareOne Senior Care is hiring compassionate and dependable Caregivers to provide one-on-one, in-home care for clients in Royal Oak, Michigan. Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valid driver's license with reliable transportation
- Current auto insurance and vehicle registration
- Ability to safely perform caregiver responsibilities
- Ability to pass a background check
- Current TB test or willingness to obtain one before client placement
Nice To Haves
- Caregiving experience is preferred but not required
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene
- Prepare meals and encourage proper nutrition
- Perform light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with mobility, walking, and safe transfers
- Provide medication reminders as outlined in the care plan
- Accompany clients to appointments or errands when assigned
- Observe changes in client condition and report concerns to the office
- Complete required visit documentation
