Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem
$21.00/Hour | Weekly Pay | Flexible Scheduling | Immediate Cases Available
Location: Port Chester, NY and surrounding Westchester County areas including Rye, Harrison, and Mamaroneck

Requirements

• Active New York State Home Health Aide (HHA) Certification
• Minimum of 1 year of Home Health Aide experience
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Physical examination completed within the last 12 months
• PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year, or chest X-ray within the last 5 years
• MMR immunization documentation within the last 10 years

Nice To Haves

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Support bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene needs
• Provide mobility assistance and fall prevention support
• Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
• Offer medication reminders as directed
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and safety in their homes
