Requirements
- Active HHA OR CNA Certification
- Valid Driver’s License
- Reliable personal vehicle
- Current auto insurance with YOUR NAME listed on the policy
- Ability to work independently in patient homes
- Reliable attendance and professional communication
Nice To Haves
- Experience in home health, hospice, or caregiving preferred
- Reliable, compassionate, and dependable
- Strong communication skills
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
- Help with mobility, transfers, ambulation, and positioning
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding
- Perform light housekeeping related to patient care
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow established patient care plans
- Communicate with nurses and other members of the clinical team
- Travel between patient homes throughout San Diego County
