Requirements

Have 1–3 years of hands-on caregiving experience
Can follow a care plan and communicate clearly

Nice To Haves

Hold or have worked as an HHA, PCA, or CNA (a plus, not a requirement)
Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation (preferred)

Responsibilities

Being a familiar, trusted face for a senior who genuinely looks forward to your visits
Helping with bathing, grooming, dressing, and personal care with dignity
Keeping their space tidy and their meals nourishing
Safely supporting mobility and transfers
Offering medication reminders and keeping the care team informed
Driving to appointments or running errands when needed
