Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively and show empathy
- Reliable transportation to travel to client homes
- Ability to pass background checks
- Willingness to work flexible hours as needed
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with mobility and light exercises as needed
- Monitor and report changes in client condition to healthcare professionals
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as necessary
- Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and clean environment
- Follow care plans and adhere to all safety and health protocols
