Home Health Aide (HHA)
About The Position
Home Health Aides (HHA) provide essential support to individuals in their homes, assisting with personal care tasks such as but not limited to bathing, dressing, medication reminders as well as providing companionship to ensure clients' comfort and well-being. HealthFlex is a large, privately owned agency serving communities across the San Francisco Bay Area, North Bay, Central Valley, and the Greater Sacramento Area. They are founded by nurses and prioritize empathy and allowing patients and their families to cherish their time together. They offer supportive case managers, minimize drive time by providing a territory radius of 5-10 miles, flexible scheduling, autonomy in managing hours, and individualized, structured, and ongoing training programs. They also provide industry-leading documentation and technology solutions.
Requirements
- Current Home Health Aide Certification
- Current AHA CPR certification
- Valid Driver's License
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing and dressing
- Providing medication reminders
- Providing companionship to ensure clients' comfort and well-being
