About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Home Health Aides, PCAs, DSPs, and CNA Caregivers to care for clients. The role involves providing companion support and caring assistance to vulnerable individuals in the community. PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly with a focus on keeping them healthy and safe at home through excellent caregivers and innovative technology.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
- Solid personal character with an empathetic personality
- Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
Responsibilities
- Provide companion support and caring assistance to clients.
- Perform personal care and grooming.
- Prepare meals.
- Perform light housekeeping.
