About The Position

BAYADA is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join their personal care and companionship team as a Home Health Aide (HHA). This role involves providing meaningful one-on-one care to clients in their homes, helping them live safely and independently. The position is for serving patients in specific counties within BAYADA’s ACSP Division.

Nice To Haves

Previous home health care or patient care experience is welcomed, but not required, as training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care services, including bathing, grooming, and toileting.
Offer household support such as light housekeeping, laundry, and bed making.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding.
Assist with range of motion exercises.
Help with ambulation, including transfers and use of mechanical lifting devices.
Provide medication reminders.
Offer companion care (homemaker) services.
Follow a written plan of care established by a registered nurse.
