About The Position
Affirmed Home Care is hiring Certified Home Health Aides (HHA) for immediate private duty cases in Monroe Township and surrounding Middlesex County areas. This position offers consistent one-on-one assignments, flexible scheduling, and steady weekly income opportunities. Shifts are available in 8-hour to 12-hour increments, including day, evening, and night options depending on the assignment. Both full-time and part-time cases are available. The role involves long-term private duty assignments with consistent hours and one-on-one client care. Multiple case locations are available across Monroe Township, Jamesburg, East Windsor, South Brunswick, North Brunswick, Plainsboro, and Princeton areas to help reduce travel time. Same-week interviews are available for qualified candidates, with immediate openings.
Requirements
- Valid New Jersey Home Health Aide certification
- One year of experience preferred
- Newly certified HHAs encouraged to apply
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) and medication reminders
- Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation
- Offer companionship and emotional support
- Ensure client safety, comfort, and well-being
- Transportation assistance may be part of certain care plans
