Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one support to clients in their homes.
Perform light housekeeping, including organizing, laundry, and basic cleaning.
Assist with personal activities such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and meals.
Assist with client mobility and transfers while ensuring safety and well-being.
Use special equipment such as a Hoyer Lift.
Take temperature, pulse, and respiration as directed.
Perform routine or delegated nursing tasks, such as collecting stool or urine specimens, reinforcing dressings, and emptying urinary or ostomy bags.
