About The Position

The Village at Willow Crossings is hiring a General Part Time Home Health Aide (HHA) for its Assisted Living/Traditional Neighborhood. This role involves providing compassionate care to residents in a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. The HHA will assist residents with daily living activities, document care, report changes in health, engage residents in activities, and provide emotional support, all while utilizing customer service skills to ensure exceptional care.

Requirements

• Valid CNA/HHA/LNA license required

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required
• Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired

Responsibilities

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
• Documenting care provided and reporting any changes in resident health or behavior to appropriate staff
• Engaging residents in meaningful activities and providing emotional support
• Utilizing customer service skills to ensure that residents receive exceptional and meaningful care
• Other duties as needed
