About The Position

Touching Hearts at Home is seeking qualified and committed individuals who are passionate about working with older adults and seniors. We are a family-owned agency that offers an atmosphere of mutual support, genuine appreciation, and respect. We provide non-medical care to senior community members, aiming to help them age with dignity and comfort. We are looking for caregivers who want to contribute to this mission and make a difference in the lives of our clients and their families.

Requirements

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid driver's license and insured vehicle with your name on the policy.
• Ability to provide transportation for clients.
• Advanced proficiency in English – ability to read, write and communicate clearly.
• 1-3 years of experience as a hands-on Senior Caregiver, Home Health Aide, or Certified Nurse’s Assistant. Private care or care for a loved one will also be considered.
• Ability to commit to a minimum of 3 days of availability per week.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 miles for shifts.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
• Daily access to internet, email, and mobile phone with the ability to use a phone app.

Nice To Haves

• Certifications are a plus.
• WellSky experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide non-medical care to senior community members.
• Offer companionship and support to clients.
• Assist clients with daily living activities.
• Provide transportation for clients for appointments, shopping, and engagement activities.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, families, and the agency.
• Travel up to 15 miles for shifts.
