About The Position

ComForCare Sun City West is hiring compassionate, dependable Caregivers/Home Health Aides to provide exceptional in-home care. The role helps clients remain comfortable, safe, and independent in their homes and supports their quality of life. The position offers a starting pay of $17 per hour, flexible scheduling with a variety of available hours, and opportunities across all shifts and hours in Sun City, Sun City West, Surprise, Glendale, and Peoria.

Requirements

• Be at least 18 years of age.
• Possess a valid driver’s license.
• Be willing to travel to client homes within the designated service area.
• Successfully pass a background check.
• Have a high school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

• Prior caregiving experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain respectful, professional, and compassionate interactions with clients.
• Prepare meals according to clients’ needs.
• Provide companionship and social engagement.
• Assist clients with activities of daily living.
• Support clients with everyday tasks while promoting independence.
• Accompany clients to grocery stores and doctor appointments.
