Are you a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) looking for a rewarding opportunity? Affirmed Home Care is actively seeking experienced HHAs to provide exceptional care to our valued clients throughout Suffolk County.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of HHA experience
- Valid New York State HHA Certificate
- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States
- Valid driver's license (Required)
- Physical exam completed within the last year
- PPD or QuantiFERON completed within the last year, or chest X-ray completed within the last 5 years
- MMR immunizations completed within the last 10 years
