About The Position
Per Diem positions where employees commit to work 2 shifts every other weekend. Shifts will be assigned based on the needs of the organization and can range from 4 to 12 hours per shift. Additional shifts may be worked. In the event the facility requests additional coverage, any time over forty hours worked will be paid at time and one-half.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1 year experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant or Home Health Aide
- CNA or HHA Certification
- Valid CT Driver's License
- Dementia patient experience REQUIRED.
Responsibilities
- Provides direct patient care services.
- Required to lift, transfer, and transport adult clients.
- Provide personal care to clients and keeps record on personal health care activities as defined within the respective regulatory environment.
- Requires working some flexible hours.
