About The Position
HiHealthCare is hiring compassionate Home Health Aides to provide quality in-home care to patients across the Big Island.
Requirements
- Must have completed a Nurse Aide course
- Knowledge of medical equipment and documentation
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel
Nice To Haves
- 1-3 months of experience
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, eating, mobility)
- Take vital signs and observe/report changes in condition
- Reposition, transfer, and assist bedridden patients
- Maintain clean and safe patient environments
- Use medical equipment appropriately
- Accurately document care and communicate with the healthcare team
- Provide support and education to patients and families
