Requirements
- Previous experience in home health care or related field is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable transportation to and from client locations.
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
- Monitor and report changes in client health and behavior to nursing staff and family members.
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients in a respectful and caring manner.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment in clients’ homes.
- Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals.
- Assist with medication reminders as directed
