Requirements

- Empathy, compassion, and a patient demeanor.
- Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to handle unexpected situations with composure.
- Basic medical knowledge, including vital signs monitoring, medication administration, and infection control.
- Physical stamina to assist with mobility and transfers.
- Relevant certifications, such as CPR, First Aid, or HHA/CNA certification (or a willingness to obtain them).
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- A clean driving record and reliable transportation (for roles requiring travel).
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene.
- Provide companionship, emotional support, and engage in activities to promote well-being.
- Assist with mobility and transfers, including the safe use of assistive devices like wheelchairs and walkers.
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting any significant changes to the healthcare team.
