About The Position

We are hiring several dependable, compassionate Home Health Aides to provide one-on-one care for a client who requires total care. Care is needed seven days a week, so we are building a team to cover the full schedule. As the client's main caregiver during your shift, you will help keep them safe, comfortable, and respected in their own home.

Requirements

Ability to perform safe patient transfers, including lifting, turning, and repositioning, with or without mechanical lift equipment
Physical ability to lift, bend, and assist throughout a 12-hour shift
Reliable transportation and a valid ID
Ability to pass a background check
Punctual, patient, trustworthy, and professional

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in home health, nursing home, or total care strongly preferred
HHA, STNA, or CNA certification preferred (experience will be considered)
Current CPR/First Aid preferred
Weekend and holiday availability is a plus

Responsibilities

Provide total personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and incontinence care
Safely transfer the client (bed, chair, wheelchair, commode) and reposition them regularly to prevent skin breakdown
Assist with feeding and fluids
Follow the client's care plan and instructions from the family or healthcare team
Prepare light meals and keep the client's living area clean and safe
Observe and report any changes in condition, comfort, or behavior
Keep notes on daily care and activities
Offer friendly companionship and emotional support
