About The Position
Haven Home Care is seeking Home Health Aides to start immediately in Summit County, Ohio. The role involves assisting clients, primarily older adults, with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light cleaning, and companionship. This is a physical role requiring you to be on your feet most of the day and assist clients with mobility. The position does not involve administering medication or performing medical tasks, which are reserved for nurses. Requirements
- Driver's license
- Own car with insurance that covers work driving
- Pass background checks
- Work at least 20 hours/week
- Available between 6AM-8PM (most work is 8AM-5PM)
- Legal right to work in the US
- Must be at least 18 years old
- STNA license (active or expired) OR HHA certificate (30+ hours, signed by RN) OR 1+ year of experience working under an RN or LPN at a qualifying facility.

- Ability to travel anywhere Haven Home Care has clients.
- Ability to work with any client regardless of their needs (pets, smoking, etc.).
Responsibilities
- Assist clients with daily living activities such as baths, getting dressed, meals.
- Perform light cleaning.
- Run errands for clients.
- Provide companionship to clients.
- Assist clients with moving around.
- Follow company policies.
- Report incidents within 24 hours.
- Maintain perfect attendance and punctuality.
- Follow call-off procedures.
- Answer office calls and texts quickly.
- Send updated documents when requested (insurance, license, training).
- Complete feedback forms when sent.
