About The Position
EmmUcare is seeking compassionate and dependable Home Health Aides to provide in-home care for clients in Northumberland County, PA, and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for someone who values meaningful work, flexibility, and building trusted relationships with clients. At EmmUcare, care is centered around both clients and caregivers, fostering a culture where needs are met, voices are heard, and time is respected. Our work takes place in clients' homes, with assignments varying based on availability and travel ability. We serve seniors, adults with disabilities over 18, post-hospital/rehab clients, families needing respite care, and adults needing wellness support.
Requirements
- Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude
- Reliable transportation preferred (some assignments require travel)
- Must be willing to complete required onboarding requirements: TB testing (Two-step PPD, T-SPOT, or chest X-ray), Competency training provided by EmmUcare
- No prior experience required — we provide training and support!
