Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) – Per Diem | $21/hr | Flexible Schedules. Requirements

• Active New York State HHA certification
• At least 1 year of hands-on HHA experience
• Work authorization in the U.S.
• Physical exam within the last 12 months
• PPD/QuantiFERON within 1 year or chest X-ray within 5 years
• MMR immunization within the past 10 years

Nice To Haves

• Driver’s license strongly preferred (more case options available)

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care and daily living support
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, and routines
• Give medication reminders (as directed)
• Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping
• Offer meaningful companionship and emotional support
• Help clients maintain independence, dignity, and safety
