About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable On-Call Home Health Aides and CNA Caregivers to join their family. The company is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly. PurposeCare focuses on coordinated care to ensure clients remain healthy and safe at home, enabling them to live full lives within their communities through excellent caregivers and innovative technology. The role involves providing companion support and caring assistance to vulnerable individuals.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old
- Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently
- A solid personal character with an empathetic personality
- Valid driver's license
- Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
- Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
- Must be able to begin your day at 6:00 a.m. based on the needs of the office
Responsibilities
- Provide companion support and caring assistance to clients.
- Perform personal care and grooming.
- Prepare meals for clients.
- Perform light housekeeping duties.
