About The Position
The Home Health Aide is a key member of the Health at Home team, working under the direction of the Director of Health at Home. This position is responsible for the care of elderly, convalescent, and disabled persons in the patient’s home. Duties may include providing health care services, performing domestic and household tasks, assisting with patient’s personal care needs, and maintaining patient care records. The aide must be able to work both independently and as a member of a team, understand and follow safe work practices, and ensure all Amberwell procedures are followed in accordance with established policies.
Requirements
- High school or GED
- Less than one year of experience
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification

- HHA certificate (Home Health Aide certificate)

Responsibilities
- Provide health care services in patients residences.
