About The Position
Kettering Home Care is seeking a compassionate Home Health Aide to provide one-on-one care to patients in their homes, helping them remain safe, comfortable, and independent. Requirements
- STNA, CNA, or 75-hour Nurse Aide Training
- 1+ year of caregiving experience
- Valid driver's license and auto insurance
- Compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused
Responsibilities
- Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and personal care
- Help patients maintain a safe and comfortable home environment
- Observe and report changes in patient condition
- Communicate with nurses, patients, and families
- Complete required documentation
