About The Position

This position is for a Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) focused on one-to-one patient care, offering both part-time and full-time flexible shifts with clinical support. The role emphasizes advanced skill-building, paid training, and nurse-mentored career tracks, built upon an accredited HHA certificate. HHAs are expected to adopt a whole-person focus, following detailed care plans to nurture the mind, body, and spirit of clients. The agency provides reliable schedules with options for days, evenings, or overnights, consistent hours, and mileage reimbursement. The compensation package includes above-market wages, weekly pay, PTO, and recognition programs for exceptional clinical notes and client feedback.

Requirements

Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide (HHA) program and certificate is required.
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to reach clients’ homes.
Clear, confident communication and a passion for relationship-centered care.

Responsibilities

Safely assist transfers, bathing, grooming, toileting, and mobility—always protecting dignity.
Change linens, do light laundry, and maintain a hazard-free, sanitized space.
Provide reminders, observe for changes, and document vitals or red-flag signs for your supervising nurse.
Read aloud, reminisce, guide range-of-motion exercises, or accompany short walks to boost mental and physical wellness.
Record care notes, progress, and concerns in our digital charting system before each shift ends.
