About The Position
We are seeking a dependable, compassionate, and professional Home Health Aide (HHA) to provide part-time respite care for a client in the 43228 area of Columbus, Ohio. This is a great opportunity for an experienced caregiver looking for a consistent part-time schedule while making a meaningful difference in the life of a client and their family.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of experience in home care, home health, or a related field.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background and drug screening.
- Dependable, professional, and able to work independently.
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful approach to caregiving.
Responsibilities
- Providing companionship and supportive care.
- Assisting with activities of daily living as needed.
- Helping with personal-care needs as assigned.
- Providing supervision and respite support.
- Following the client's care plan and instructions.
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and comfortable environment.
- Communicating professionally with the client, family, and care team.
- Treating the client with dignity, patience, and respect.
