About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) for the Spring Lake Area. This role involves providing private-duty, one-on-one in-home care, allowing for focused compassion, connection, and quality care. The position offers a unique opportunity to work with a single client, providing more time for connection and better care, away from crowded halls and multiple patients. There are specific needs for 1st (7am-7pm) and 3rd (7pm-7am) shifts for a client with a spinal cord injury.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver's License
• Work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/background check

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care, companionship, and support to clients in the comfort of their own homes.
• Build meaningful relationships with clients.
