About The Position

AdvisaCare is seeking a Home Health Aide (HHA) for the Hart Area. This role involves providing private-duty, one-on-one in-home care, allowing for a focus on compassion, connection, and quality care. Unlike facility-based roles, this position offers more time and a deeper connection with a single client, leading to better care. The Home Health Aide will provide hands-on personal care, companionship, and support to clients in their homes, building meaningful relationships.

Requirements

• High School Graduate or GED
• Reliable transportation
• Valid Driver’s License
• Ability to work in a team responsibly and independently
• Good communication skills
• Ability to travel within the service area
• CPR Certified
• Ability to pass a drug screen/clear background

Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on personal care
