Home Health Aides are the heart of our organization and play key roles in empowering seniors & adults with disabilities with the support they need to remain in their homes. Requirements

• Must have a valid driver’s license & personal vehicle
• Must read, speak & write English fluently
• HHA’s must have 75-hour certificate.
• Smartphone
• Driver's License and Personal Vehicle with insurance (Required)
• Can satisfy the Mass State Covid-19 Mandate for Home Care or provide qualified exemption (Required)
• Read, write & speak clear English (Required)

Responsibilities

• Hygiene routines
• Assistance with dressing
• Activities of daily living
• Transfers
• Medication reminders
• Companionship
• Meal preparation
• Light housekeeping, laundry, shopping & errands
