About The Position
At Right at Home, we are seeking compassionate, dependable, and skilled individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. This role involves supporting adults with disabilities and seniors who wish to live independently and comfortably in their own homes. You will assist clients with daily activities and essential tasks to improve their quality of life. The ideal candidate is kind-hearted, patient, attentive, and organized. Your role may vary based on individual client needs, but the core purpose is to bring comfort, dignity, and support into someone's daily life.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older
- Valid driver's license and insured vehicle
- Willingness to follow health and safety standards
- A compassionate attitude and strong work ethic
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care needs, including bathing, toileting, and hygiene
- Preparing meals and snacks according to client preferences and dietary needs
- Helping with light housekeeping tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and organizing
- Providing mobility assistance and transportation to appointments or outings
- Offering companionship and emotional support
- Monitoring and reporting any changes in client behavior or health to supervisors
