SPR- Home Health Aide
About The Position
Join Guardian Angel Senior Services as a Home Health Aide (HHA/CNA) and make a real difference by helping elderly and disabled individuals live safely and comfortably in their own homes. As a family-owned agency, we prioritize and support our caregivers, treating them like family. This role offers a flexible schedule, allowing you to create your own hours. We are hiring in numerous towns including Agawam, Belchertown, Brimfield, Chicopee, East Longmeadow, Granby, Hampden, Holland, Holyoke, Longmeadow, Ludlow, Monson, Palmer, South Hadley, Springfield, Wales, Ware, Warren, West Springfield, and Wilbraham.
Requirements
- Own Vehicle and a valid driver's license
- Strong English communication skills (reading, writing, speaking)
- Compassionate, respectful, and dependable attitude
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Commitment to following health and safety guidelines

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care (hygiene, dressing, meals)
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Help with light housekeeping and maintaining a clean home
- Run errands such as grocery shopping
- Prepare meals with client involvement when possible
- Provide medication reminders
- Perform routine cleaning (vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, bathrooms, etc.)
- Monitor and report changes in client condition
- Respond quickly and responsibly in emergencies
