Home Health Aide (Part Time)
About The Position
This part time (24 hours/week) position will be supporting patients in Jackson and Josephine counties. Under the supervision of a registered nurse, provides supportive personal care services and homemaking assistance to patients of all ages according to the individualized physical needs of the patient in accordance with state and federal regulatory requirements. Requirements
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- Oregon Nursing Assistant Certification License
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
- 2 years’ experience in a health care setting providing hands on patient care OR Nursing student with current CNA.
