About The Position

Under the supervision of the Staffing Coordinator, the Home Health Aide will assist patients with activities of daily living, personal care and light housekeeping which is essential to the patient's health care at home. Employee will be required to be readily available to work during any weather related incidents or other natural disasters and/or any emergency situations that may arise.

Requirements

• MUST HAVE ACTIVE STATE OF GEORGIA CNA LICENSE!
• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Certified Nursing Assistant.
• Requires agency certification in Home Health prior to being placed in permanent position as managed by State Law.
• Ability to perform all essential job responsibilities after a three (3) month orientation period.
• Must be currently certified in CPR.
• Must have valid driver's license and insured, reliable transportation.
• HHA's must be certified by the state serviced by the Agency.
• Reciprocity of certification from another state must be obtained within 90 days of employment.

Nice To Haves

• At least one year Home Care experience preferred, but not mandatory.
