About The Position
Responsible for the delivering direct personal care and light housekeeping to assigned patients in Coming Home Hospice. Responsible for observing patients, reporting and documenting these observations, and documenting care performed. This position is not travelling hospice care. This position will be at one Sutter facility.
Requirements
- HS Diploma or equivalent education/experience required.
- CHHA-Home Health Aide or CNA-Certified Hospital Attendant, required.
- BLS-Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.
- One year experience in a health care setting providing personal care preferred.
Responsibilities
- Deliver direct personal care and light housekeeping to assigned patients in Coming Home Hospice.
- Observe patients, reporting and documenting these observations.
- Document care performed.
