About The Position

Guardian Angel Senior Services is seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA) who also possesses strong office and organizational skills. This hybrid position allows you to combine direct caregiving for clients with administrative support for both clients and the internal team. Requirements

  • Valid Home Health Aide (HHA) certification or CNA with home care experience
  • Valid Driver's license/reliable vehicle
  • Strong computer and communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and shift between caregiving and office responsibilities
  • Dependable, organized, and team-oriented

Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care, companionship, and assistance with daily living activities for clients.
  • Ensure client safety, comfort, and emotional well-being.
  • Communicate changes in client condition to the care team.
  • Assist with client scheduling, phone calls, and documentation.
  • Support intake coordination and staff communication.
  • Maintain accurate records and assist with filing or data entry.
  • Utilize EMR software and other office tools to support operations.
