About The Position
Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is hiring STNA/CNA/HHAs to provide in-home healthcare services to help those who have served our country. This role offers the opportunity to build rewarding one-on-one patient relationships and enhance clients’ health, quality of life, and peace of mind. The position allows for flexible scheduling, enabling individuals to balance work with other commitments such as school, travel, volunteering, or family activities.
Requirements
- Current TB test (reimbursement may be available)
- HHA or similar experience
- Must pass competency assessment with RN
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home healthcare services
- Skilled Transfers
- Monitor Vital Signs
- Timely and Accurate Documentation
- Perform Range of Motion exercises
- Assist with all activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
