Requirements

• 18+ years of age to enroll
• Resumé
• Minimum 1 year of previous employment (may include retail, customer service, etc.)
• 2 Professional references
• 2 forms of valid identification at the time of in-person registration (US Passport or Residency Card or Employment Authorization)
• Social Security Card
• 2 Passport Photos

Responsibilities

• Complete 76-hour training program (Hybrid)
• Complete 60-hours of flexible online learning
• Complete 16-hours of mandatory in-person clinical training (4PM-9PM) on 07/15, 07/16, 07/22 and 07/23
