Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a Home Health Aide preferred.
  • Prior experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a compassionate demeanor.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
  • Basic understanding of healthcare procedures and safety protocols.
  • Must pass background checks and drug screening.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Nice To Haves

  • certification as a Home Health Aide preferred
  • Prior experience in home care or healthcare settings is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.
  • Assist with meal preparation and ensure clients receive proper nutrition.
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
  • Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.
  • Support clients in mobility and transportation to appointments or activities.
  • Adhere to all safety and health regulations to ensure quality care.
