About The Position

PurposeCare is seeking qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Home Health Aides, PCAs, DSPs, and CNA Caregivers to join their family. The role involves providing companion support and caring assistance to vulnerable clients in the community. Requirements

• Minimum 18 years old
• Positive attitude
• Great communication skills
• Ability to work independently
• Solid personal character with an empathetic personality
• Must be able to pass both a criminal background check and drug screen
• Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping
• Required to complete 59 hours of online training through CareAcademy prior to starting employment in Indiana
• Required to complete 16 hours of hands-on training following start date in Indiana

Nice To Haves

• Have already completed the Home Health Aide Competency Evaluation Program (will be exempt from repeating training)
