About The Position

Sharp Home Care is seeking compassionate and dependable caregivers to provide in-home support for seniors and older adults. Our caregivers help clients maintain their independence by providing personalized assistance in the comfort of their homes. Available assignments vary based on client needs and include 4-hour, 6-hour, 8-hour, and 12-hour shifts.

Requirements

• Previous experience in home care, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, hospital care, or a related setting preferred
• Reliable transportation
• CPR and First Aid certification preferred
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Dependable, compassionate, and committed to providing quality care
• Able to pass a background check and drug screen

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable home environment
• Follow individualized care plans and document services as required
• Communicate effectively with clients, family members, and the Sharp Home Care team
