Home Health Aide
About The Position
PurposeCare is seeking qualified, dependable, honest, and reliable Home Health Aides, PCNA's, and STNA's to care for the needs of their clients. They are looking for home health paraprofessionals who can provide companion support and caring assistance for the community's most vulnerable. PurposeCare is a leading provider of home care and home health services in the Midwest, serving over 3,000 clients monthly with home-based care services designed to keep clients healthy and safe at home. They emphasize the importance of their caregivers and innovative technology to support vulnerable individuals in living full lives within their communities.
Requirements
- Minimum 18 years old.
- Positive attitude, great communication skills, and ability to work independently.
- Solid personal character with an empathetic personality.
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check.
- Must be comfortable performing personal care and grooming, meal prep, and light housekeeping.
- 1.5 years of recent experience in a related field or HHA or STNA certificate.
- Must attend one day of paid orientation in Elyria.
