Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.
- Certification as a Home Health Aide where required by state regulations.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to client homes.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience working as a Home Health Aide or in a related caregiving role.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Familiarity with electronic health records and documentation systems.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting.
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary requirements and assist with feeding if necessary.
- Provide medication reminders and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior.
- Perform light housekeeping duties such as cleaning, laundry, and maintaining a safe living environment.
- Document care provided and communicate regularly with healthcare providers and family members to ensure continuity of care.
