About The Position
Professional Case Management, a leader in home healthcare, is hiring Home Health Aides (HHA/CNA/STNA) in Ohio to provide in-home healthcare services. This role offers the opportunity to build rewarding one-on-one patient relationships and enhance clients' health, quality of life, and peace of mind. The position allows for flexible scheduling, enabling individuals to balance work with other commitments such as school, travel, volunteering, or family activities. The specific hours mentioned are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 am to 12 pm, with potential for caseload growth.
Requirements
- HHA or similar experience
- Must pass competency assessment with RN
- TB test
Responsibilities
- Provide in-home healthcare services
- Engage in one-on-one patient relationships
- Enhance clients’ health, quality of life and peace of mind
- Perform skilled transfers
- Monitor vital signs
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Assist with range of motion exercises
- Assist with all activities of daily living including light duty housekeeping, meal preparation and patient hygiene
