About The Position

Home Health Aide (HHA) – Certified & Non-Certified. National Church Residences is seeking compassionate Home Health Aides (HHAs) for their growing team in Southern Ohio. This role offers meaningful work, dependable support, and the flexibility to balance work with life. Requirements

Certified or non-certified HHAs welcome
Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently
Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to client homes
Availability for flexible scheduling (including weekends or every other weekend)
Ability to meet the physical demands of the role
High school diploma or GED

Responsibilities

Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) including bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility
Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
Provide companionship and emotional support
Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and errands
Observe and report changes in condition
Take vital signs when ordered
Complete documentation accurately and on time
Help maintain a clean, safe home environment
