About The Position

BAYADA Hospice is currently seeking an experienced CHHA, Certified Home Health Aide for a full-time opportunity to complete hospice visits to clients located throughout Ocean or Monmouth County in NJ. As a Home Health Aide, you will be an integral member of a multi-disciplinary health care team that provides home health aide, skilled nursing and palliative care to clients, affording them the opportunity to receive the care required to remain at home. Offering flexible schedules, 1:1 patient ratio, and comprehensive benefits package! Must have access to reliable transportation.

Requirements

• At least one year of work experience
• Must be listed on the NJ Aide Registry, active and in good standing.
• Demonstrate an ability to read, write, and effectively communicate in English
• Pass the BAYADA Competency Evaluation Examination
• Have a criminal background check completed
• Meet all state requirements
• Must have access to reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Activities of daily living
