About The Position
Assisting Hands Home Care is looking for compassionate Caregivers, CNAs, and Home Health Aides to join our team and provide quality, non-medical care to seniors and individuals in the comfort of their own homes. Our caregivers help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life while providing the support they need throughout their day. At Assisting Hands, we believe our caregivers deserve the same care and support they provide to our clients. Requirements
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
- Current auto insurance
Nice To Haves
- At least 1 year of caregiving experience preferred
- Experience in home care, private duty, CNA, HHA, or a similar caregiving setting is a plus
- CPR/First Aid certification
Responsibilities
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
- Providing companionship and meaningful social interaction
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Supporting clients with mobility and daily activities
- Following individualized care plans and schedules
- Promoting client safety, comfort, and independence
- Documenting care provided and communicating changes or concerns to the office
